In Doña Ana County, Project Jupiter represents a classic example of how local investment can drive substantial economic growth, create high-paying jobs, and deliver lasting community benefits. Project Jupiter, an investment in New Mexico's future, has been funded by Oracle and Bloom Energy to help Doña Ana County and the state of New Mexico achieve a long-term economic impact of over $13 billion. The project aims to provide reliable access to clean drinking water for the future of Doña An County and has already funded $50 million to repair, upgrade and modernize the local water infrastructure, including Sunland Park. The investment will also strengthen municipal utility networks and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by 92%. The project has generated nearly $100 million in state and local tax revenue and is also investing in non-profit organizations and programs that strengthen daily life for local families. Oracle is partnering with agricultural technology company Arable to help local growers use real-time field data to make more informed irrigation decisions.
