I have worked with Bruce Puma for more than three years. I have introduced him so that many business clients can help companies and companies. Bruce is honest, has a great knowledge base, and is fair to his reward. His wife and I also use him for trust and will. Bruce really cares about his client and cares more about himself than himself. I wrote a review on my lack of experience in July. After my mother died, Bruce and I talked about her property. He put the plan together and I kept watching the next step. I sent the information requested by him, but he didn't answer me. I called more than four times and emailed without a reply. At least when he asked the staff to tell him if he didn't want my case. I only left a negative review here when I looked back. He said he would help me send a letter for free if I would remove the review. I agreed, he sent me a letter and we exchanged some letters to the email. The letter of demand received a $500 invoice and soon reluctantly received payment. But nothing happens after that. Checked in, but not responding. I checked in again, but there are no replies. When I emailed again, I said, "Bruce, this is the third time I wrote without an answer. I paid the bill, but if you don't want to know about my case, please let me know." He finally replied and said he would contact his lawyer the next day. I have never heard from him, and I haven't heard from him yet. This was more than two months ago (August 30). My other person died in March. I might be stupid to have entrusted someone who proved that I really don't care. But in such a sad and difficult time, at least, I want to make his time transparent and look for alternative solutions. His lack of compassion added to the stressful time.

After my mother died, I met Bruce at the studio. He was given by God and was good at helping me and my sister. He was able to receive his mother's out-of-date will and have the court change it to reflect the current medical needs of his sister. This alone saved thousands of people and protected her property. Bruce relies on my lawyer for everything I need for my finances. Thank you, Bruce!
