Serna was a legal council because my son was arrested at DUI when he was 18 years old.  As expected, the police tried to add charges including reckless driving, drinking by minors and breaking the containers open.  Selna and his Paralegal Claudia offered detailed and excellent advice and services during this trial, to the extent that I consider fair prices.  He was so meticulous that he knew much more of the law than the DA and the police, that my son complained of driving thoughtlessly and all charges were dropped.  There is no DUI, no open container, no other.  The charges he confessed to are different in the sense that he was dismissed after 90 days of good conduct.  So my son's record is not in violation.

I don't claim that anyone who commits a DUI will not be punished. But if we sometimes make mistakes, they help us with the legal chaos that results.  He made the authorities comply with all the rules, and fortunately, Albuquerque's officials seem to have missed many aspects legally necessary to prosecute such cases for dismissal.
