New Mexico's Attorney General, Raúl Torrez, has filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's attorney and accountant, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, accusing them of concealing his sex trafficking operation at a Santa Fe-area ranch. The lawsuit seeks to prevent them from accepting any payments from Epstein’s estate, estimated at over $100 million. Indyke, who served as Epstein‘s attorney for nearly two decades, and Kahn, who have testified in Congress that they did not know about Epstein”s abuse, stand to benefit substantially from the estate unless a federal judge intervenes. The U.S. Justice Department declined to comment on any federal investigation of Indyke or Kahn. The suit accuses Indyke & Kahn of conspiracy and racketeering in supporting the "Epstein Enterprise" and alleges that they arranged payments to survivors to purchase their silence and leave them indebted to Epstein.
